The HorizOn principle
The image processing and calculation software HorizON joins digital photos together into a 360° panoramic view – exact and without gaps. Apart from the azimuth scale and the angle of elevation, the exact sun path including hourly values is shown on the screen. The free horizon is calculated automatically. All pictures and data can easily be exported for further use in different formats. The software includes plenty of tools for set up and revision.

ESTRADA – effective solar radiation data

Solar radiation as a monthly package: The easy way to manage quality for your solar power plant.
The service ESTRADA monthly provides you with effective solar radiation data that is converted into easy to read data and illustrated in a useful manner. You can choose from 64 measuring stations all over Switzerland.
This way you will always be aware of the effective solar radiation at a given location. You can also see how the monthly radiation compares to previous years or to the radiation simulation software “MeteoNorm95”. Around Zurich for example the solar radiation in May 1997 was found to be 8% above average. Although PV plants in the area probably brought higher yields that month, it does not necessarily mean it was high enough.
